Nuova General Instruments was set up through the entrepreneurial vision of its founder and chairman: the Cavaliere Grande Ufficiale Edilio Gianesi, born in 1926.

In 1961, after years of hard work, Gianesi, from a humble background, finally succeeded in discovering the setting in which his innate capabilities could find their fullest expression, founding Gianesi Edilio S.r.l..

During the following years there followed G.B. Impianti, RE.BI.GAS. and in 1987 Nuova General Instruments.

“My dream was to bring life back to my Val Tidone, right at a time that people were all abandoning the country to go to the cities in search of work.” (E.Gianesi)

This was the motivation behind the emergence of Gruppo Gianesi.

In a symbolic way, Nuova General Instruments represents the spirit of its founder, always growing and keeping pace with the most modern technology in order to achieve the highest standards of quality.
